Machine Learning Engineer
West Chester, PA
12 months – hybrid onsite
W2 Rate - $53-55/hr
Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years experience in AI/ML, microservices, and web applications.
Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.); Azure knowledge is a plus.
Must be highly proficient in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and C#; familiar with SQL, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of system modeling (OOA/OOD, UML), distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, AWS CodePipeline).
Familiarity with BDD testing (SpecFlow, Cucumber), messaging/serialization formats (Protobufs, JSON), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with Agile practices (Kanban, Lean, XP) is a plus.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
Pay: $53.00 - $55.00 per hour
