Role description
Must be able to work PST timezone hours and travel onsite once a month (San Jose, CA)
Overall role:
Provide advisory, may need to provide example code snippets for work that demonstrates how to resolve customer issues.
Skillset Requirements below.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Expertise:
-Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, including Agent Engine, Vertex AI Search, and the Agent Development Kit (ADK).
-Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and/or Cloud Run.
-Strong understanding of GCP security principles, including IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Model Armor.
Agent and AI Development:
-Experience in developing and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
-Expertise with agentic frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
-Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Data and Observability:
-Experience with data pipeline design and optimization.
-Hands-on skills with OpenTelemetry and implementing robust monitoring and observability for AI/ML systems.
-Ability to design and implement end-to-end tracing for complex, multi-step agent interactions.
Advisory and Collaboration:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience working in a co-development model, mentoring and enabling customer teams.
-Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
