Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI / AIOps)

We’re looking for an experienced AIOps Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agent systems on an enterprise GenAI platform. This role is hands-on across the full lifecycle — from agent architecture to cloud deployment — with a strong focus on simplicity, reliability, and measurable ROI. What You’ll Do • Build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and Google ADK following A2A and MCP protocols • Develop and expose AI services using FastAPI (async + streaming) • Manage cloud deployments on GCP Cloud Run, including Docker, CI/CD, and rollout strategies • Instrument and monitor systems using LangSmith (tracing, evaluation pipelines, prompt versioning) • Apply advanced context engineering techniques (RAG, token optimization, structured outputs) • Ensure deterministic, production-grade implementations — using agents only when necessary Required Skills • 4+ years of Python engineering in production environments • 2+ years with LangChain / LangGraph (v1.x) (stateful agents, graph compilation, checkpointing) • Hands-on experience with LangSmith • Strong expertise in FastAPI (async endpoints, middleware, background processing) • Proficiency with Docker and GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager) • Experience with PostgreSQL for state management and persistence Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Google ADK, DSPy, LiteLLM, Vertex AI / Gemini • Familiarity with A2A / MCP protocols • Exposure to observability tools like New Relic or Galileo We are Connectors.
