Role description
Position: Machine Learning Duration: 12+ Months Location: Columbus , OH Job Description Required skills: "Strong experience in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, data pipelines) Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, orchestration, APIs) Proven experience building and deploying production-grade solutions (MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring) Solid experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and AWS Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration Experience working with large and complex datasets Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills" Nice to have skills: "Experience in the energy or utilities sector (e.g., trading, generation, distribution, asset management) Familiarity with time-series data, forecasting, or optimization models Experience with IoT/industrial data environments Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks) Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance in AI Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code)"
