Machine Learning Engineer Dallas, TX (Onsite) Full Time role Qualifications • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced recommendation systems and algorithms • Ability to conduct thorough exploratory data analysis, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful insights • 6+ years of experience working in a technical role, with 2 to 3 years in a senior technical role • 3+ years of experience building AI models and solutions from research to production, using common ML frameworks like Tensorflow and PyTorch • 2+ years of experience reviewing and refining architecture and conducting code reviews • 2+ years of experience leading a team of engineers in a technical lead capacity • Experience with major cloud platforms and building and deploying scalable ML systems • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math, or relevant experience • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Experience with Databricks • Experience building personalization models for CRM and digital apps/websites • Experience building complex customer segments in retail • Experience delivering production quality systems leveraging emerging technologies.
