Join a leader in Social Media and Content Platforms as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on building advanced ML capabilities for a user-facing product. This high-impact, six-month contract role involves accelerating the ML development process from internal tooling to deployment, with a strong emphasis on automating moderation actions and community rule enforcement using cutting-edge LLM and non-LLM based models. The Role • Design, build, and deploy LLM and non-LLM based models to solve critical user-facing classifier problems. • Accelerate model iteration across diverse content types, including text, links, images, and video. • Develop internal tools for model testing, validation, and overall ML development efficiency. • Directly contribute to automating moderation actions and enforcing community rules. • Collaborate with the engineering team to shape project direction and contribute to overall team success. What You'll Need • 3+ years of end-to-end experience in production-level machine learning model training, evaluation, and deployment. • Deep expertise in Python and solid understanding of software development best practices. • Proven experience with classifier problems and building ML capabilities for user-facing products. • Familiarity with image/video processing ML systems. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and deliver results quickly.
