We're looking for Machine Learning Engineers to help train cutting-edge large language models — not by writing model code, but by doing something arguably more impactful: teaching AI how to reason. This project is about capturing the thinking behind the action. You'll author structured reasoning traces that show how an intelligent system should plan, use tools, and make decisions step by step — creating the training data that makes next-generation AI more reliable in the real world.
