The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, strong proficiency in Python, and experience using tools like Jupyter Notebooks for experimentation and prototyping. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy ML models tailored to complex business needs. • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and apply advanced techniques like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and knowledge integration. • Implement reinforcement learning algorithms for decision-making systems and continuous improvement. • Perform hyperparameter tuning and model optimization to enhance performance and accuracy. • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to build scalable ML solutions. • Use Jupyter Notebooks for research, experimentation, and sharing findings. • Monitor model performance and iterate based on evaluation metrics and business feedback. • Stay current with latest advancements in ML/AI, especially in LLMs and reinforcement learning. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. • Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Proven hands-on work with LLMs and reinforcement learning frameworks. • Proficient in using Jupyter Notebooks for development and analysis. • Deep understanding of model tuning and hyperparameter optimization techniques (e.g., grid search, random search, Bayesian optimization). • Strong grasp of ML theory including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. • Experience in deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
