Machine Learning Specialist

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Experience Required: 5–8 Years Location: Onsite (as per client requirement) Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. • Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for production environments. • Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation. • Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or Predictive Analytics solutions as required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability. • Develop APIs and integrate ML models into enterprise applications. • Follow MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Required Skills • 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Computer Vision. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and AI Agents. • Exposure to model fine-tuning and LLM deployment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Education • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
