ManageEngine Implementation & Monitoring Architect

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced ManageEngine SME to lead our client’s design, deployment, and standardization of ManageEngine Ops Manager Enterprise and Endpoint Central across multiple sites. This role will be responsible for developing reference architectures, ensuring consistent configuration and performance baselines, and providing technical training and documentation for engineering teams. Role: ManageEngine Implementation & Monitoring Architect Experience: 6-9 Years Work Location: Tempe, AZ Project Duration: 3+ Months Contract Key Responsibilities Ops Manager Enterprise Architecture Design: Develop a scalable reference architecture using the Probe/Central model and create deployment guides tailored to the client’s environment. Lab Deployment & Validation: Implement and validate the architecture in the lab environment, ensuring proper integration and performance. Site Standardization: Realign Ops Manager deployments across nine sites, standardize SNMP configurations, and ensure consistent MIB setup. Performance Baselines: Define baseline metrics and alarm thresholds in collaboration with performance engineers. Event Management Integration: Identify critical alarms for corporate event management integration, including automated ticketing and escalation planning. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver hands-on training sessions and best practices guidance for engineering teams. Documentation: Develop comprehensive architecture and deployment documentation aligned with client engineering standards. Endpoint Central Architecture Development: Create a standardized deployment model with detailed setup and configuration guides. Lab Validation: Deploy and test the solution in the lab environment to confirm performance and reliability. Training: Conduct best practices workshops and enable client engineers to manage and support the platform. Documentation: Produce detailed reference and deployment documentation consistent with engineering standards. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven expertise in ManageEngine Ops Manager and Endpoint Central. Strong understanding of SNMP, MIBs, and enterprise monitoring architectures. Experience with event management systems and alerting automation. Excellent documentation and technical training skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and collaborate with diverse technical teams.
