About the Team The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team - within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) - is the analytics engine powering Commercial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. AIM develops insights, data products, and analytical solutions that shape smarter marketing and customer experiences. This role sits within AIM and supports customer lifecycle marketing across acquisition, targeting, personalization, and retention using data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities. How will you make an impact in this role? As a Manager, you will support the development of data-driven strategies and analytical solutions that enhance customer targeting, personalization, and retention across channels. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, improve decisioning, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in analytics and a growing interest in applying AI/GenAI to marketing and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and deliver analytical solutions to improve customer targeting, personalization, acquisition, and retention. β€’ Conduct analyses on customer segmentation, experimentation, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities. β€’ Build and enhance predictive and machine learning models using first-party data and customer signals. β€’ Apply AI/GenAI techniques to improve targeting, automate insights, and support decisioning. β€’ Support test-and-learn initiatives by designing experiments, measuring performance, and providing recommendations. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions and drive business impact. β€’ Contribute to building scalable and automated analytical workflows across channels. β€’ Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. β€’ Support innovation by identifying opportunities to apply advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities. Minimum Qualifications β€’ MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics). β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working through complex, ambiguous business problems. β€’ Experience with machine learning models (e.g., regression, kNN, clustering, tree-based models) and proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or PySpark. β€’ Experience with GenAI and LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, vector databases, or similar technologies. β€’ Ability to translate data into insights and clearly communicate recommendations to business partners. β€’ Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and contributing to data-driven decision making. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience in marketing analytics, customer lifecycle management, or personalization. β€’ Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or digital analytics tools. β€’ Interest in applying AI/GenAI to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
