This Opportunity: We are seeking a Manager, Global HR System, Reports and Data to lead and support critical HR systems and data functions. This global role combines responsibilities from HR systems analysis and systems management to ensure business continuity and support business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR systems, managing data integrity and security, and delivering key reports and analytics. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract role, with the full benefits package provided Location: The position is based in Palladium’s London office. Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home. Reporting Lines:
This position reports directly to the VP, Global Human Resources, with an additional dotted-line reporting relationship to the ICT Systems Architect
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operation of our global HR systems, working closely with both HR and ICT teams to ensure the systems support business needs and follow company policies
Maintain and manage processes that protect employee data and ensure privacy, making sure the company meets all data security and privacy requirements
Create, update, and deliver clear and accurate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards that help leaders and teams make informed decisions
Support HR digital transformation projects by identifying and putting improvements into place for our HR systems, making sure our technology stays up to date and effective while aligning with Palladium change management practices
Lead hands-on technical support to HR system users, manage issues with vendors, and make sure all service agreements and IT guidelines are met
Act as the main escalation contact for technical questions about HR systems, helping users, sharing knowledge and ensuring everyone follows consistent HR processes
Improve our HR processes, stay informed about new trends and technologies, and make sure our systems keep meeting the organization's needs
Update regularly managers on progress, challenges, and achievements, and support learning and development for the HR team
Essential Criteria:
Considerable experience in overseeing enterprise HR systems, data structures and integrations, with a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and support digital change projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Consistently deliver high-quality HR reports, dashboards, and insights that inform business decisions
Robust knowledge of data privacy, global data security, and best practices in managing sensitive information across diverse regions
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, offering technical support and sharing expertise to build capability throughout the organization
Excellent project management skills, coordinating complex initiatives and meeting deadlines across multiple time zones
Stay adaptable and proactive - capable of learning new technologies, responding to changing needs, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR systems and processes
Maintain a commitment to operational excellence, accuracy, and customer service, supporting the professional development of the HR team and contributing to the organization’s strategic goals
Desirable Criteria:
Experience supporting a large HR transformation process is a plus
Knowledge of Sage (HRIS) and Cornerstone (ATS) is a plus
