Job Title: Manager – MDM / Senior MDM Data Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Type: C2C Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Work Authorization: USC/GC preferred Rate: $70–$75/hr Overview We are seeking an experienced MDM Data Analyst / Manager – MDM to support and enhance our enterprise Master Data Management ecosystem. The role will work closely with the MDM Lead to drive platform improvements, data quality initiatives, and cross‑functional data projects. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Veeva Network, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to independently deliver high‑quality outputs in complex data environments. Key Responsibilities MDM & Data Quality • Define and analyze MDM requirements for platform enhancements and new integrations. • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MDM integrations; provide formal sign‑off on work requests. • Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and analysis of new data sources and customer lists. • Support ad hoc data requests from internal business stakeholders. Project Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and collaborate on projects involving HCP/HCO customer data, CRM adoption, and training initiatives. • Conduct structured interviews and data investigations from problem definition to final deliverables. • Develop analytical frameworks and hypotheses to guide investigations with minimal oversight. Documentation & Communication • Produce high‑quality technical documentation, audit frameworks, and senior‑level deliverables. • Translate complex data concepts into clear, structured, and digestible materials for technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, or data governance. • Strong hands‑on experience with Veeva Network or similar MDM platforms. • Proficiency in data profiling, data analysis, and working with large, complex datasets. • Experience with HCP/HCO data and life sciences CRM ecosystems (e.g., Veeva CRM). • Demonstrated experience performing UAT and providing formal sign‑off on system enhancements. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce structured, professional documentation.
