Title: AEM Solution Architect / Software Engineer
Location: The candidate is required to be on-site at the offices in Raleigh, NC, USA, for two weeks each month.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop scalable and reusable AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee large-scale content migrations from various CMS platforms to AEM, utilizing automation to ensure smooth transitions and high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create robust integration strategies for AEM Sites and Assets, ensuring seamless connectivity with internal and external services.
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership across product management and engineering teams, guiding best practices in AEM development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize technical efforts and mentor engineers in AEM development and cloud deployment processes.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, specifically in AEM-Sites and AEM-Assets, including hands-on development of components, templates, and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Cloud Deployment Processes and experience managing AEM instances on Cloud Manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API development, data modeling, and scalable cloud-based solutions in AWS or Azure.
• 5+ years of people management experience in an agile software development environment, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience integrating third-party tools within an Adobe Cloud environment, with a strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
