Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager to join our Profit Drivers' Pricing Strategy Consulting practice. This client-facing role will lead project teams in developing and executing innovative pricing strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for our clients. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with deep analytical capability and has a proven track record of managing teams and developing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Client Leadership β Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client executives, building trusted relationships and ensuring project success.
β’ Engagement Delivery β Lead end-to-end pricing strategy engagements, from diagnostic assessment through solution design and implementation.
β’ Strategy Development β Design pricing frameworks including value-based, dynamic, subscription, or promotional pricing models tailored to client needs.
β’ Financial & Market Analysis β Oversee competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and advanced analytics to guide client recommendations.
β’ Team Leadership β Manage and mentor analysts/consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
β’ Change Management β Support client adoption of pricing strategies through workshops, stakeholder alignment, and capability building.
β’ Thought Leadership β Contribute to intellectual capital, proposals, and practice development initiatives.
β’ Revenue Growth β Identify opportunities for follow-on work and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
β’ Fluent verbal and written English
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
β’ 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or pricing/revenue management, with at least 2β3 years in a client-facing leadership role.
β’ Previous employment at a major consulting firm a plus
β’ Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, revenue growth management, or commercial strategy.
β’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure complex engagements and deliver under tight deadlines.
β’ Proven ability to lead teams and coach junior staff.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI); familiarity with Python, or pricing software tools a plus.
