As a Manager in the Technology, AI, and Data Strategy team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality strategy work for our clients. You will lead workstreams within larger engagements, manage small teams of analysts or consultants, and work closely with senior team members to deliver impactful results. You will guide clients to assess AI use cases, building data-driven investment cases, and aligning technology and data strategies with their long-term business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Client Engagement: Supporting clients in developing and executing Technology, AI, and Data strategies that align with their business goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and data as strategic assets. Strategic Analysis: Conducting rigorous and insightful analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) to build an evidence base for strategy development. You will develop logical, structured recommendations and present them in a compelling manner to clients. Workstream Leadership: Leading a workstream or small project, shaping the project structure, and applying appropriate methodologies to diagnose issues and deliver core objectives. Team Management: Managing and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure successful project delivery. You will provide guidance, feedback, and support to help team members grow and develop. Collaboration: Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, developing strong professional relationships, and liaising across Deloitte to deliver a seamless client experience. Practice Development: Contributing to the development of the Technology, AI, and Data Strategy practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and supporting business development initiatives. Key skills and experience include: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. Proven work experience in strategy related role, with a focus on leveraging Technology, AI, and Data for competitive advantage. Experience in advising on AI use cases, data monetisation, and strategic planning. Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling presentations and articulate strategy to clients. Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, manage small teams, and deliver high-quality results. A strong academic record, including an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Additional desirable experience includes: Expertise in specific areas such as AI, data strategy, or technology innovation. Experience working in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation environments. Advanced qualifications (e.g., Masters, MBA, PhD, MSc).
