Job Title: Manufacturing Analyst – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Data Analytics
Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite/Hybrid as per client policy)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Manufacturing Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing systems, supply chain data, and analytics within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze manufacturing data, support system integrations, and deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and reports.
Candidates with hands-on exposure to MES, SAP/ERP, BOMs, and manufacturing data flows are highly preferred. Experience in Power BI, data analytics, and regulatory-compliant environments (GxP) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand and map end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain data processes
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify process optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Support data flow design and system integration across manufacturing and production systems (MES, ERP, SAP)
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards including:
• 21 CFR Part 11
• ISO 13485
• GxP requirements
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using manufacturing and supply chain data to support decision-making
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Analyst / Manufacturing Data Analyst in the Life Sciences domain
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ecosystems and data flows, including:
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• ERP / SAP systems
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as:
• Power BI (mandatory)
• Tableau (preferred)
• Strong background in manufacturing data analytics and supply chain analytics
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multi-functional teams
Education
• Professional MBA (PMBA) with specialization in Manufacturing / Operations Management
• OR
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with manufacturing systems/software at a high level
• PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification
