Role description
For one of my customer we are looking for a Manufacturing Performance & Analytics Analyst Expert.
Location : United States(100% remote)
Duration : 6 months(renewable)
Note : ONLY GC and Citizens
Description :
This is a global individual contributor role requiring strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and vendor coordination skills in a highly collaborative and international environment.
• Sustaining and improving industrial dashboarding and reporting solutions supporting manufacturing operations globally.
• Driving adoption and continuous improvement of performance management platforms, including Shift handover software (Eschbach) and OEE, and Seeq.
• Supporting OEE-driven performance management practices and helping stakeholders leverage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating vendors, managing escalations, and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Acting as the operational owner of manufacturing performance management solutions, ensuring effective governance, support, and user adoption.
• Partnering with manufacturing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Collaborating with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting and performance management capabilities.
Required Skills :
• Around 5 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, performance management, manufacturing technology, IT, or related areas.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical or technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and driving issue resolution through structured governance processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing performance management concepts, including OEE, production loss analysis, bottleneck identification, and operational KPIs.
• Familiarity with industrial analytics and reporting platforms
• Familiarity with SQL Server systems and Python.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
