Role description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Data Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Systems Data Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
โข Drive understanding of operational performance by developing and maintaining production reporting data analysis tools to support quick decision-making.
โข Lead projects to develop processes, procedures, and interfaces that enhance production awareness for final assembly products, sub-assemblies, and new product launches.
โข Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to implement new systems for equipment launches or modifications.
โข Maintain and execute process verification and validation procedures, including automated assembly stations, and curate reports and documentation.
โข Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and data management for assembly and inspection equipment, utilizing PowerBI and PowerApps.
What's Needed?
โข Bachelorโs degree or higher in Engineering and/or Science discipline from an accredited institution.
โข Preferably in electrical, systems, or industrial engineering.
โข One to three years of experience in manufacturing or assembly process development, evaluation, and support.
โข Technical skills in data management interfaces, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Grafana.
โข Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
