Role description
Job Title: Market Intelligence Analyst Job Description As a Global Market Intelligence Analyst specializing in Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will be responsible for conducting global sales analysis and establishing consistent sales forecast reporting. You will support analyses, create and maintain global models, and track and report market share position and performance metrics to inform tactical and strategic business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management products, procedures, and market dynamics. Responsibilities โ€ข Conduct global sales analysis and establish consistent sales forecast reporting. โ€ข Support analyses and create/maintain global models in areas of product line trends and product mix changes. โ€ข Track and report market share position and performance metrics for strategic business decisions. โ€ข Collaborate with geographic partners in finance, marketing, and sales to align on sales and market share at a country/regional level. โ€ข Ensure units are accurately captured in global forecasts. โ€ข Develop a deep understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management products, procedures, and market dynamics. โ€ข Collect and record competitive activities regularly. โ€ข Champion improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities. Essential Skills โ€ข Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, information science, or related field. โ€ข 3 years' experience in an analyst role. โ€ข Advanced Excel and analytical skills for data manipulation and complex custom reports. โ€ข Proven ability to translate data into insights. โ€ข Strong data analytics and reporting skills. โ€ข Proficient in Power BI for viewing dashboards. โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications โ€ข Experience in Salesforce PowerBI for data access and analysis. โ€ข Ability to prioritize projects that align with corporate priorities. โ€ข Medical Device experience is preferred. โ€ข Industry experience in medical, pharma, or life sciences is preferred. โ€ข Ability to handle ad hoc requests with agility. Work Environment This position is based in Austin, TX, Sylmar, CA, or Minnetonka, MN, with hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is offered based on meetings, allowing a start between 8 and 9am. The role provides temporary coverage for a team member on medical leave. Travel is rare, limited to occasional marketing group meetings. Onsite presence is required, with the possibility of part-time onsite work for strong candidates. Relocation is allowed at the candidate's expense. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr.
