Marketing Analyst

Marketing Analyst 4 days/week hybrid in Washington, DC Summary This position supports marketing and business development functions by pulling, analyzing, and presenting data from key systems including Oracle, Excel, and Power BI. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working in a professional services environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver accurate reporting to support firm initiatives. A background check and drug screen will be required. Responsibilities • Pull, analyze, and interpret data from Oracle and other systems • Generate, compile, and present quantitative reports for internal stakeholders • Support information requests by preparing accurate, timely data summaries • Work with systems such as Oracle, Red Carpet, Excel, and Power BI • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting outputs • Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and special projects as assigned • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail • Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations Qualifications • Experience pulling and analyzing data from Oracle (required) • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data manipulation • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred • Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work products The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 52/hr.
