Job Description:
The client is seeking an Entertainment Marketing Analyst to analyze digital and performance marketing data, build centralized reporting, and translate campaign performance into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and own centralized marketing analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze digital campaigns, paid media, website/app performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and conversion data.
• Evaluate performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPM, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Conduct campaign- and channel-level analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
• Participate in regular meetings with marketing teams supporting concerts, live events, and other entertainment properties.
• Investigate business questions that arise from stakeholder meetings and turn findings into recommendations.
• Produce weekly reporting with concise, executive-level insights and actionable next steps.
• Present findings directly to marketing and business stakeholders, clearly explaining what happened, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
• Support digital attribution analysis to understand channel contribution and marketing impact.
• Document reporting methodologies, data definitions, and analytical frameworks.
Requirements:
• Must-Haves:
• 3-4 years of Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, or closely related experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience analyzing marketing and campaign data—not solely finance, operations, or back-end analytics.
• Strong GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics experience.
• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, digital measurement, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and explain how findings influenced a marketing or business decision.
• Exceptional communication and data-storytelling skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations rather than simply reporting metrics.
• Self-sufficient, curious, resourceful, and comfortable working across multiple areas of analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while knowing when to leverage additional team resources.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Tableau experience.
• Python experience.
• SQL and/or experience building Tableau data sources.
• Entertainment, media, sports, live events, retail, or e-commerce analytics experience.
• Experience supporting customer behavior analysis and marketing budget allocation.
• Experience working in a smaller, fast-moving environment where analysts wear multiple hats.
