Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst (Marketing Analyst III) Industry: Technology Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Overview: We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and enhance customer experience strategies. This role focuses on analyzing survey data, identifying key trends, and transforming insights into compelling, actionable narratives for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback β€’ Synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover trends and actionable insights β€’ Develop dashboards and visualizations to support reporting and strategic decision-making β€’ Translate complex datasets into clear, impactful stories and recommendations β€’ Tailor insights and communications for diverse stakeholder audiences β€’ Present findings through reports, presentations, and stakeholder meetings β€’ Support ongoing customer insights initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) β€’ 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related role β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) β€’ Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
