Role description
Marketing Analyst (Insights & Optimization) We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong insights, digital analytics, and A/B testing experience to support initiatives across Customer Service digital properties. This role will analyze website performance, develop reporting and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and skilled at turning complex data into clear recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze web and customer behavior data to generate insights and optimize digital touchpoints. • Design, execute, and report on A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives. • Build dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, QuickSight) to support data storytelling. • Partner cross-functionally to size opportunities, measure impact, and guide digital strategy. • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital analytics tools and best practices. Qualifications • BA/BS in a quantitative field. • 5+ years in analytics, including digital analytics experience. • Strong SQL/Python/Excel and data visualization skills. • Expertise with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing tools (Adobe Target preferred). • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
