Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Marketing Planning & Analytics Analyst to join our team.Weβre looking for someone with strong marketing analytics experience to support executive reporting, track fiscal year progress, analyze spend, and evaluate marketing channel performance. This role will partner closely with channel teams to surface insights, flag risks, and drive strategies around subscribers, churn, lifetime value, and campaign impact.
Responsibilities
β’ Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, SQL, Excel, Amazon QuickSight) to support marketing leadership.
β’ Analyze large data sets related to subscribers, churn, LTV, spend allocation, and campaign effectiveness.
β’ Summarize complex data into digestible insights for executive stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with marketing channel teams to provide actionable insights and highlight risks/opportunities.
β’ Innovate and improve visualization/reporting processes to increase usability and accessibility across teams.
Must-Have Skills
β’ Advanced SQL and dashboard visualization skills.
β’ Proficiency with Tableau (Power BI or similar also acceptable).
β’ Experience working with large datasets and summarizing insights for executives.
β’ Strong background in marketing/media data and performance metrics.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and build dashboards independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
β’ Amazon QuickSight (especially with AI functionality).
β’ Python for data analysis and reporting.
β’ Experience with large marketing budgets or financial performance metrics.
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
