Marketing Analyst | Digital Audience Engagement | Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to support a US‑based maternity leave cover within a leading digital organization. If you have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics—especially across multi‑channel retention or onsite marketing—this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful audience engagement impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage campaign launches across onsite ads, mobile app push, newsletters, and social placements—ensuring accurate setup, correct targeting, pacing, delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Work closely with Audience Engagement, Ad Operations, Data, PMO, and Production to drive seamless end‑to‑end campaign execution
• Build and optimize custom multi‑channel marketing campaigns in partnership with cross‑functional channel owners
• Pull and interpret data from internal systems (Excel, SQL, BI tools) to create dashboards, reporting, and performance visualizations for monthly and quarterly reviews
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights for optimization
• Support A/B tests and multivariate experiments, applying learnings to improve retention tactics
• Perform data quality checks and QA to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and reporting
• Maintain operational trackers and pacing dashboards to ensure smooth workflow management
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and participate in special projects that improve onsite performance and Audience Engagement initiatives
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and support automation improvements
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, retention marketing, or analytics roles
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns (onsite, email, content‑driven, or retention-focused) with strong attention to detail
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of SQL, BI platforms, or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in digital metrics, audience segmentation, and performance measurement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, results‑driven attitude with a passion for data‑informed decision‑making
📍Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
💵Pay: $32-$34/hr.
