Marketing Analyst – Overview This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to help guide business decisions, improve campaign effectiveness, and understand customer behavior. Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze marketing, sales, and customer data from multiple sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using Tableau and Power BI.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve marketing strategies.
Measure campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion rates).
Support marketing teams in targeting the right audiences and allocating budget effectively.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Solid experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or market research.
Advanced Excel skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SQL or other query languages.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools or CRM platforms.
Statistical analysis background.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication (written & verbal).
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Detail-oriented and organized.
