Our global tech client is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support their advertising organization. This role builds and operates the analytics foundation that informs acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue decisions across B2B growth marketing. The Marketing Analyst turns complex data into actionable insight, enables experimentation, and improves full funnel performance by partnering closely with cross functional teams. This position is ideal for a data driven marketer who values speed, rigor, and business impact.
The Basics:
• Duration: 12 months with a strong possibility of extension.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week.
• Location: onsite five days per week in Manhattan
Top 3 Required Qualifications:
• Deep experience in data analysis and visualization, including building dashboards, models, and reports that clearly communicate performance and insights to non technical stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in B2B funnel analytics and attribution across acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue, with the ability to track performance from lead through opportunity and revenue.
• Proven ability in strategic forecasting and experimentation, including cohort analysis, scenario modeling, test design, and translating results into clear recommendations.
Other Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and strong business acumen.
• Hands on experience building and maintaining forecasting models and automated reporting.
• Ability to translate data into decisions with speed, clarity, and confidence.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM, Pardot Account Engagement, and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Snowflake, Tableau, or B2B attribution platforms is a plus.
• Comfort working in fast paced environments and bringing structure where needed. Strong analytical storytelling and cross functional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track performance across all marketing channels including paid, organic, email, web, events, content, and account based marketing through to revenue.
• Build and maintain real time dashboards and automated reports aligned to core business KPIs.
• Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate lead quality, channel efficiency, conversion velocity, and return on investment.
• Forecast pipeline, revenue contribution, and performance scenarios to inform planning and budget decisions.
• Partner with growth marketers on experiment design, measurement, and interpretation of results.
• Own and evolve KPI frameworks for acquisition, lifecycle, and full funnel performance.
• Diagnose funnel gaps, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Maintain clear funnel views from lead to MQL to SQL to opportunity and revenue.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting with concise data backed narratives.
• Collaborate closely with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and impact.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
