Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Analytics Consultant in Brookfield, WI. This role is roughly a 6-month contract, remote, and 20-30 hours a week. Working outside of traditional working hours would be acceptable as long as time can be made for touchpoints with the internal leader. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analytics Contractor to support our team in consolidating, analyzing, and visualizing marketing performance data. This role will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling our marketing team to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collect, organize, and analyze marketing performance data from outbound channels β€’ Develop and maintain Excel-based reports for tracking KPIs, trends, and performance benchmarks β€’ Design, build, and update Power BI dashboards for real-time visualization of marketing metrics β€’ Collaborate with the marketing team to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy β€’ Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data processes Requirements β€’ Proven experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused role β€’ Familiarity with common marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Sprinklr, Braze) a plus β€’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data cleansing) β€’ Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, and data source integration) β€’ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills β€’ Strong communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
