Role description
This is a remote position. We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable marketing data warehouses and data models that support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. This role bridges data engineering and analytics, ensuring marketing teams have reliable, well-structured data to drive campaign optimization and performance insights. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable marketing data warehouses and data models. • Build and optimize data pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs. • Integrate data from multiple marketing and business systems into centralized data platforms. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights. • Support dashboard development, campaign performance analysis, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation. • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation across analytics environments. • Maintain standardized KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks. Requirements • Strong SQL expertise (Must Have) • Experience building and maintaining data warehouses • Strong data modeling experience • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms • Knowledge of data transformation and ETL/ELT processes • Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices Preferred Skills • Power BI experience • Scripting or programming experience • GitHub / Git version control • Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar data pipeline tools • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude • Experience working with marketing analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, or Google Analytics Nice to Have • Marketing analytics or marketing operations experience • Experience translating complex data concepts into business insights • Exposure to predictive or prescriptive analytics Benefits • We offer healthcare plans, which you may opt into at your own expense. • Sick leave is provided under the state laws applicable to your residence.
