Role description
Position Summary β€’ β€’ β€’ is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the development of scalable marketing analytics capabilities across our MarTech ecosystem. This role combines strategic marketing analytics with hands-on technical expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing, data engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable growth through high-quality data, actionable insights, and optimized marketing operations . Key Responsibiliti es Marketing Analytics & Strat egy- Define, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across chann els- Analyze marketing performance to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectiven ess- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, and conversion outco mes- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakehold ers Data Architecture & Engineering (Marketing-Focu sed)- Design and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowf lake- Build and optimize data pipelines integrating HubSpot, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platf orms- Lead data collection, integration, transformation, and validation across multiple marketing data sou rces- Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for reporting and analytics use c ases- Troubleshoot data issues and implement monitoring processes to maintain reliable data sets Reporting & Visualiz ation- Develop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Pow er BI- Automate reporting processes for marketing performance and business KPIs- Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders through well-structured datasets and dashb oards Cross-Functional Collabo ration- Partner with IT, data engineering, and data science teams on data architecture and long-term platform st rategy- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to optimize system integrations and wor kflows- Document analytics processes, data definitions, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scala bility Qualifi cations- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data engineering, or relate d roles- Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and data m odeling- Hands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale d atasets- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and a nalysis- Experience with marketing technologies (HubSpot, CRM systems, web analytics, ad pla tforms)- Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard deve lopment- Ability to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes and business impact Success Profile- Combines technical depth with business acumenβ€”driving decisions, not just building p ipelines- Strong problem-solver who can translate business needs into scalable data s olutions- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical a udiences- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and operational ef ficiency
