About the role:
We’re looking for a talented marketing professional to help shape and deliver an optimised audience engagement strategy at SJP. In this role, you’ll design and implement performance-driven marketing journeys and “next best actions” to effectively target key stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing our marketing capabilities through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing customer data segmentation, and delivering accurate, insightful reporting and analytics. Working closely with teams across SJP, as well as with suppliers and stakeholders, you’ll turn briefs into high-impact, performance-led journeys and tools that drive measurable results.
What you'll be doing:
Build and develop performance driven journeys and regular comms distribution through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management.
Maintain reports and dashboards for a range of stakeholders.
Provide input into performance analysis and optimisation recommendations.
Manage continuous improvements for various stakeholders and target audiences.
Maintain our eComms platform and scheduling of regular communications.
Input into the development and maintenance of client and Partner opt-ins/subscriptions.
Input into key KPIs and goals for marketing automation strategy.
Manage marketing data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and accurate reporting.
Ensure all marketing automation activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
Essential
Marketing experience in a marketing support capacity
Experience segmenting data for marketing audiences
Experience maintaining eComms and scheduling regular communications, ideally within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
experience maintaining reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Desirable
Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using data extensions and journeys to optimise Marketing Campaigns
