Role description
Robert Half Digital and Tech is hiring for a Sales & Marketing Data Analyst If you're the kind of analyst who gets energized by messy data, loves connecting the dots across a commercial portfolio, and can turn a complex dataset into a clear story for a room full of executives — keep reading. We're placing a Sales & Marketing Analyst for a well-respected hospitality owner-operator in the heart of downtown Nashville. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and revenue management — and the person who lands it will have real influence from day one. This will be a 6+ month contract, onsite in downtown (the company will pay for parking). What you'll be doing • Own recurring and ad hoc reporting for commercial leadership — STR analysis, pacing, performance summaries, dashboards • Pull data from multiple vendor platforms, build it into something meaningful, and present it clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Dig into transient and group business trends and surface insights that actually move the needle • Support 2027 budgeting and market research — you'll have a seat at the table for strategic planning • Help build out analytical tools and process documentation that outlast the contract What you bring • 6+ years in analytics, commercial reporting, or a similar role — you're an analyst first, not a marketer who dabbles in data • Advanced Excel — you build and maintain complex analytical files without breaking a sweat • Power BI proficiency — dashboards, reports, data models • Strong communication skills — you can make data accessible to a room of non-technical executives • Ability to self-prioritize in a fast-moving environment with a lot of competing demands Bonus points if you have • Hospitality or property management experience — if you know STR, Costar, or RevPAR already, you'll hit the ground running • Familiarity with ProfitSword, Revinate, or Amaze • Multi-property or portfolio-level reporting in your background This role is fully on-site, five days a week in Nashville Yards. If you're local and ready to make an impact starting in June, we'd love to connect. For immediate consideration, please apply now.
