Role description
We're seeking a self-driven, adaptable, and creative professional to support data analysis, project tracking, and presentation development. This role works within a team that delivers custom software and analytical solutions to internal business and engineering partners. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with engineers to gather requirements and define workflows • Query data from relational and NoSQL databases • Perform basic analysis to uncover trends and insights • Create dashboards and visuals to communicate performance and impact • Organize meetings, track action items, and manage timelines • Monitor project deliverables and escalate risks as needed • Prepare executive summaries and support documentation • Develop compelling presentations and case studies to showcase solutions • Create internal marketing materials to promote tool adoption • Contribute to newsletters and intranet content • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users • Foster strong cross-functional relationships • Promote a collaborative and professional team environment Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or related field • 2-3 years in a hybrid role (e.g., Data Analyst, Project Coordinator, Technical Marketing) Skills • Strong foundation in engineering principles and basic statistics • Proficient in PowerPoint (required), Excel, and Word • Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Experience supporting software or project teams About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
