Role description
We’re supporting a major global technology company in hiring a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to own analytics, reporting, and insights for high-visibility marketing programs and events. This role blends hands-on data work with strategic storytelling β€” ideal for someone who loves digging into data and turning insights into business impact. What You’ll Do β€’ Own end-to-end reporting and analytics for marketing programs and events β€’ Build scalable data models & dashboards for recurring reporting β€’ Analyze funnel performance, audience segments, ROI, and campaign impact β€’ Partner across marketing, RevOps, and analytics to align data & insights β€’ Present findings to senior stakeholders and support exec-level decisions β€’ Develop reporting frameworks and benchmarks to track program success β€’ Run ad-hoc deep dives and identify trends to inform strategy & planning What We’re Looking For β€’ 4+ years marketing analytics or growth analytics experience β€’ Strong SQL skills β€” ability to join, manipulate, and analyze large datasets β€’ Hands-on experience with Python for data cleaning / automation β€’ Dashboarding expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) β€’ Experience working with CRM and web analytics data (Salesforce, GA, etc.) β€’ Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear business recommendations β€’ Comfortable communicating insights to leadership Bonus Skills β€’ Experience with events/experiential marketing data β€’ Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse experience β€’ Familiarity with marketing attribution, lift, and funnel KPIs Why This Role β€’ Work with a modern data stack β€’ High visibility & strategic exposure β€’ Support some of the most impactful marketing programs in the industry β€’ Opportunity to shape analytics infrastructure from the ground up
