Weβre seeking a Marketing Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Client's Marketing Data & Analytics team on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on measuring and reporting performance across integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics, UTM tracking, and storytelling through data. Youβll work cross-functionally to ensure consistent reporting, clear performance insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver campaign performance reports using Adobe Analytics, Excel, or Power BI.
Track and consolidate marketing data across web, digital media, social, and field channels.
Define KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting cadences in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in campaign tagging, UTM usage, and data structure.
Present insights to stakeholders, including marketing leaders and channel owners.
Analyze trends to inform campaign strategy, activation, and optimization.
Create reusable templates and dashboards for ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
Collaborate with data and engineering partners to troubleshoot issues and improve data quality.
Required Skills
Adobe Analytics (reporting, not implementation)
Marketing campaign reporting and performance measurement
Data visualization (Power BI or Excel)
Presentation and data storytelling for mixed audiences
UTM tracking knowledge and campaign data integrity
Preferred Skills
Digital marketing and ad tech understanding
SQL (for querying enterprise datasets)
Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in web and campaign performance reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to interpret and present data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and reporting consistency
Note: This is a remote, contractor role with potential for extension based on campaign needs.
