Role description
One of the countryβs best known entertainment companies is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their dynamic CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and launching sophisticated, data-driven marketing campaigns that reach millions. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in elevating customer engagement through innovative marketing automation, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
This exciting opportunity begins as a 12-month W2 contract and is based in Florida. The position requires you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote, and offers comprehensive benefits. There is strong potential for extension or full-time conversion following contract completion. Candidates must be Florida-based and able to work onsite four days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaign flows (data selection, HTML email assembly, data validation, QA, and campaign deployment) in Adobe Campaign Classic using Agile methodologies.
β’ Analyze and segment large customer datasets using SQL and Snowflake, identifying high-value audiences and ensuring accurate data for targeted campaigns.
β’ Bridge the gap between technical insights and business objectives, translating analytical findings for non-technical partners and contributors.
β’ Estimate required effort, conduct technical analysis, and actively contribute to direct marketing channel strategies and content.
β’ Oversee the cadence and deliverability of automated communications, utilizing performance reporting tools to ensure optimal campaign health.
β’ Partner closely with QA specialists to thoroughly test, validate, and proof campaigns prior to launch, guaranteeing flawless execution and customer reach.
β’ Support cross-team communications, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout the campaign cycle.
Skills & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred, or 15 years of directly relevant experience required.
β’ Experience handling audience sizes of 500,000+ using big data tools and techniques.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in SQL (selects, joins, audience validation, troubleshooting), with a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
β’ 3+ yearsβ experience in enterprise-grade email marketing/CRM delivery platforms, particularly Adobe Campaign Classic; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
β’ Proficiency in programming languages used for email development, including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML is preferred.
β’ Ability to adapt and provide technical/strategic feedback for creative HTML email builds, revising modular layouts as needed.
β’ Strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data and creativity to foster stronger customer connections.
β’ Exceptional communicator, capable of simplifying technical details for a varied internal audience.
β’ Comfortable collaborating across disciplines within large teams (20+ members).
