Role description
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Marketing Data Scientist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role will support a leading gaming organization by delivering data-driven insights that optimize marketing performance, improve player acquisition strategies, and strengthen long-term customer value through advanced analytics and experimentation. Responsibilities: Analyze digital marketing campaigns to measure acquisition, reactivation, engagement, and monetization outcomes across channels. Build attribution models, segmentation frameworks, and KPI measurement plans to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Partner with Marketing, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver post-mortem analyses and budget optimization insights. Collaborate with analytics engineering teams to automate reporting, improve dashboards, and scale measurement processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance marketing analysis. 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, modeling, and advanced analytics. Experience with Databricks strongly preferred for large-scale analytics and reporting workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field. Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience presenting insights and influencing decisions. Experience in digital products, gaming, subscription, or consumer technology environments preferred. Proven ability to translate complex attribution and funnel analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations. no C2C for this role.
