Job Title: Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst
Contract: 12+ months contract to Hire
Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
About the Job:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of development and implementation of marketing mix models to assess the impact of various marketing channels on sales and brand performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, marketing, and sales, to gather data and understand business objectives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and visualizations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights into optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
Assist in the development of dashboards and tools for ongoing performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with building models, data modelling, understanding of business applications and how data works, conducting scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation.
2+ years required with MMM and analytics.
Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role, preferably with a focus on marketing mix modeling.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methods.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their measurement.
Experience in the Automotive vertical
