Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in client-facing or cross-functional roles. This role is critical in supporting our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) efforts for both Our Client and Lexus brands.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing models to optimize marketing investments, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support scenario planning and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the development and execution of Marketing Mix Models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.
β’ Analyze large datasets to uncover insights that influence marketing strategies and business decisions.
β’ Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and annual budget allocation.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, sales, finance, and external vendors to gather inputs and align on business goals.
β’ Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging, and actionable manner to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
β’ Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide recommendations for improved ROI.
β’ Support the development of dashboards and performance tracking tools for ongoing insights.
β’ Stay current with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices in data science and marketing analytics.
Qualifications β Must Haves:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and marketing analytics.
β’ Solid background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and business application of data.
β’ Experience with tools such as R, Python, SAS, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles.
β’ Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTV.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience working with MMM and MTA vendors.
β’ Familiarity with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of digital marketing channels and attribution measurement.
β’ Industry experience in the automotive vertical is a plus.
