Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Analyst – Contract to Hire | Hybrid (Onsite 3–4 Days/Week) We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst to join a dynamic marketing analytics team. This role involves developing and implementing MMM models, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving data-informed decision-making to optimize marketing spend and performance. πŸ“Œ Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility of full-time conversion) πŸ“Œ Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite to start, later 4 days onsite πŸ“Œ Interview Process: 2 rounds onsite (Hiring Manager + Panel Interview) What You’ll Do: β€’ Lead the development and implementation of marketing mix models to evaluate the impact of marketing channels on sales and brand performance. β€’ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams (media, marketing, and sales) to align analytics with business objectives. β€’ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling reports and visualizations. β€’ Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budget allocation. β€’ Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for ongoing optimization. β€’ Support the creation of dashboards and tracking tools. What We’re Looking For (Top Must-Haves): β€’ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and analytics. β€’ Strong client/customer-facing experience with excellent communication & presentation skills. β€’ Solid marketing background with deep knowledge of data science, analytics, and business applications. β€’ Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for marketing strategy. β€’ Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SAS) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Preferred Skills: β€’ Exposure to machine learning and advanced statistical methods. β€’ Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their measurement. β€’ Experience in the automotive or related verticals.
