Role description
6 -Month Contract | Hybrid – Cupertino, CA
Our client, is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Program Specialist to join their global Marketing Operations team. This team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services.
You will be responsible for analyzing and improving marketing processes and CRM systems, ensuring efficient execution and data-driven insights that enhance communication performance at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis and optimization of marketing operations and CRM platform processes.
• Identify technical issues, process gaps, and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and reporting best practices.
• Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to identify trends and anomalies.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports, transforming data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear technical documentation to capture incidents, root causes, business impact, and resolutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive system-wide improvements and support large-scale campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, or related roles.
• BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• AI/ML familiarity is a plus.
