CLIENT: Financial ServicesJOB TITLE: Marketing Performance Analyst PT 20 Hrs a WeekDURATION: 6-month contract (possibly longer)PAY: $50/Hr - $52/HrLOCATION: REMOTE (no CA or HI)
EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics including web, social media, and campaign performance
• Significant experience across multiple marketing and data analysis tools/platforms with utilization of KPI's to stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau or PowerBI
• Knowledge in utilizing marketing specific tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprout, Terminus, Sprout Social, ScreamingFrog or similar to support reporting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute a multi-functional marketing analytics strategy to improve visibility across all departments
• Synthesize diverse data streams into actionable insights that optimize messaging and content for every stage of the customer lifecycle
• Develop and monitor sophisticated KPIs, providing stakeholders with the clarity needed to make high-stakes decisions
• Conceptualize and test continuous improvement ideas by leveraging industry best practices and rigorous research
• Translate raw metrics into "data stories" that align marketing performance with broader company objectives
