Marketing & Sales executive
Location: Bracknell (2 days per week)
Working pattern: Hybrid
Travel: Occasional
About the Role:
This is a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive position sitting within a high-profile product category, combining hands-on marketing execution with data-driven commercial analysis.
You’ll work closely with regional and European stakeholders, supporting decision-making through insights, reporting, and performance tracking, while also contributing to day-to-day marketing and sales operations.
The role offers strong exposure across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, making it ideal for someone early in their career looking to build a well-rounded commercial skill set.
Responsibilities:
• Support analysis of sales performance, market data, and customer insights to inform strategy
• Build and maintain detailed Excel reports, combining multiple data sets
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and trend analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and wider market trends
• Support sales and logistics teams with product allocation planning
• Track promotional performance and manage budget updates
• Assist with presentations, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Support creation of trade marketing materials and presentations
• Conduct regular online audits across major retailers to ensure content accuracy and optimisation
• Provide occasional support for events and activations
Requirements:
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
• Experience using dashboards or data visualisation tools
• Confident PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and working across multiple stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Previous experience in a marketing or sales environment is beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM or analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics) is an advantage
• Strong numeracy and communication skills
