Marketing Science Lead
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Science Lead to lead advanced measurement initiatives across key advertiser verticals. This role will partner closely with third-party measurement providers, agencies, product teams, and senior client stakeholders to drive innovation in ad effectiveness, creative performance, and marketing analytics.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital advertising measurement, strong industry presence, and the ability to influence both internal roadmaps and external narratives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and define measurement strategy across advertiser verticals, aligning with business goals and industry best practices
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, improving brand and direct response performance
• Manage partnerships with third-party measurement providers and agencies to execute research and analytics studies
• Drive thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and industry presentations
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to influence measurement product roadmap and adoption
• Oversee meta-analyses, benchmarking, and development of scalable measurement playbooks
• Establish best practices for first- and third-party measurement and ensure operational excellence
• Deliver insights and performance trends in business reviews, identifying optimization opportunities
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or data science in tech, media, agency, or consulting environments
• Deep expertise in digital advertising measurement (brand and performance/DR)
• Strong knowledge of statistics, causal inference, and data modeling techniques
• Experience working with third-party measurement providers and agencies
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
