Job Title: MarTech Consultant - Antavo Loyalty Cloud Specialist Location: Remote (UK) Duration: 6 Months Initially Start Date: Immediate Job Description We are seeking an experienced MarTech Consultant with expertise in the Antavo Loyalty Cloud platform to join our team on a full-time, embedded basis with a leading hospitality client. This role is central to the successful rollout and optimisation of a large-scale customer loyalty programme. As the primary technical and strategic advisor, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations to deliver key integrations and design innovative loyalty solutions. Your responsibilities will span platform integration, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing performance analysis. Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Platform Onboarding & CRM Integration (Month 1-2) β€’ Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing loyalty and CRM landscape β€’ Optimise the integration between Antavo Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce CRM β€’ Define data flow architecture and ensure seamless data synchronisation β€’ Work with internal IT teams to resolve technical integration issues β€’ Document current state systems and propose technical enhancements β€’ Establish governance frameworks for platform administration Phase 2: Loyalty Programme Deployment (Summer-Autumn) β€’ Lead the technical implementation of a new, enterprise-scale loyalty programme β€’ Design loyalty mechanics, tier structures, and reward redemption workflows β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery β€’ Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans β€’ Produce training materials and technical documentation β€’ Advise on customer engagement and loyalty strategy β€’ Build the loyalty points engine and conversion logic Ongoing Responsibilities β€’ Act as the internal expert on Antavo platform capabilities and issues β€’ Monitor and optimise platform performance β€’ Support marketing campaigns and loyalty operations β€’ Generate regular reports and insights on programme effectiveness β€’ Stay up to date with platform updates and MarTech best practices Required Qualifications & Experience Technical Skills β€’ MUST HAVE significant hands-on platform experience with Antavo Loyalty Cloud β€’ Understanding of Salesforce CRM integration β€’ Skilled in API integration, data mapping, and enterprise system architecture β€’ Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools β€’ Knowledge of loyalty points systems and reward mechanisms
