Role – We are looking for a MartechTech Lead/Senior Developer – Braze Campaigns to take charge of ambitious marketing automation initiatives. In this role, you will lead a technical team, guiding the design, development, and execution of multi-channel customer engagement campaigns powered by Braze. You will also mentor and coach colleagues, playing a pivotal role in shaping the modern marketing technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Braze campaigns across multiple channels: • Email • Push Notifications (Mobile & Web) • In-App Messaging • Content Cards • Architect and execute complex customer lifecycle journeys using Braze Canvas. • Use Liquid scripting to deliver dynamic, personalised content at scale. • Configure and manage Braze SDKs, custom events, and user attributes for behavioural targeting. • Integrate Braze with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as mParticle, Segment, or Tealium. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable, privacy-compliant data ingestion. • Build and maintain robust QA processes for flawless campaign execution. • Define and monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and optimise results. • Mentor junior team members, promoting best practices in marketing technology. Key Skills: • 8+ years’ experience in marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, or software development. • At least 3 years of hands-on Braze implementation experience. • Deep knowledge of: • Braze Canvas (journey orchestration). • Email campaigns (HTML/CSS, dynamic content, testing). • Push notifications (mobile/web). • In-app messaging & content cards. • Custom events, user attributes & Liquid templating. • Braze APIs & SDK integrations. • Strong background in data modeling, segmentation, and penalisation. • Experience integrating Braze with CDPs (mParticle, Segment, Tealium). • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and web technologies. • Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and campaign compliance standards. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
