Location: - This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and the rest of the time working from home. Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table: - How will I make a difference? You will: - • Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality • Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with related departments to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation is consistent and meets business requirements. • Work closely with business stakeholders to coordinate and document master data needs & to create suitable end-to-end concepts • Help solve operational issues by analysing the root causes and supporting the implementation of solutions based on the master data framework • Learn to understand the business relevance of existing & new data requirements and ensure proper implementation across systems • Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access • Create data reports and conduct regular master data audits • Take into consideration our social and environmental goals within every aspect of the role be that transparency on our ethical policies and procedures with customers, focus on recyclability and reducing our carbon impact How will I be successful? • Know-how in MS Office, particularly Excel • Experience in data entry, preferably in a bookkeeping environment • Excellent networking and communication skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for being organised and self-starting • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite an advantage Our Perks At Lily’s Kitchen we believe that everyone should enjoy their time at work.
