Duration: 06 months (Possible extension)

Pay Range: $55/hr to $65/hr

Role Summary:
The CMD Contractor supports day to day Customer Master Data operations by executing approved data changes, ensuring data quality, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating with cross functional teams to maintain accurate and audit ready customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate customer requests in the Data Stewardship Platform (DSP).
• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP S/4HANA, including.
• General Data, Sales Area, Company Code
• Customer relationships and classifications
• Ensure all data changes are completed only after required approvals.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Verify documentation, conduct duplicate checks, and validate address, tax, and classification data.
• Manage license validation and maintenance (DEA, SLN, HIN), including verification via MedPro and state websites.
• Enter and maintain license data in GTS / SAP and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Participate in DSP workflows as a Reviewer, returning incomplete requests with clear feedback.
• Support audit and compliance activities by following SOPs, ensuring traceability, and providing documentation.
• Investigate customer master data issues and collaborate with CMD, OTC, Credit, and Contracts & Pricing teams.
• Deliver data quality reporting, KPIs, and process performance insights.
• Ability to perform and resolve license based order blocks, including validation of DEA, SLN, and HIN licenses and remediation of MedPro or state license discrepancies.
• Experience supporting GTS driven order blocks and regulatory compliance requirements, including coordination with Global Trade Services.
• Support projects and initiatives using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Hands on experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle, and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
