About the Opportunity The Item Master Data Analyst provides hands-on support to Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, teams by assisting with item master data maintenance, engineering documentation, and system alignment activities. This role is hands‑on and execution‑driven, focused on analyzing, cleaning up, and maintaining accurate item master data within an ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support item master cleanup and standardization • Assist with ERP (JDE) data entry and validation • Support SolidWorks item number setup • Collect and attach engineering documentation • Capture standardized product photographs • Perform administrative and project support tasks What You Bring: • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Interest in engineering systems, data management, and process improvement • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus • Exposure to ERP systems is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience working with engineering and supply chain systems • Exposure to real-world product data management and operational workflows • Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Insight into engineering documentation and lifecycle processes About Us: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
